In one short week I will be leaving on my first of two trips this summer. Through my work with Me to We and Free the Children I will be leading a 2.5 week trip to Kenya. I have 31 participants and a co facilitator we will be meeting in Nairobi. I cannot wait to get back, it has been just over 2 years since I left…. I hopefully will have an opportunity connect with some of those friends I made and experience more as a facilitator than I did as a participant.

A week after my return I will be headed to India – leading a smaller group of 18 participants. This journey will be especially unique has I have NEVER been to India and not only am I experiencing it all for the first time but I will be leading 18 young people through the journey as well. BRING ON THE CHALLANGE.

UPDATE: I am no longer travelling to Haiti at the end of the summer. My friend Rhyan is no longer in a position to host me- I will continue to support the project however I can but I will not be reuniting with Haiti this summer.
